@ 6:30am

Meet at Edkins Park (centre of Longreach, QLD) where we will then be transferred to Camden Park Station approximately 15km from town.  

All fitness levels are welcome - something is always possible!

Cost: $50 per person inc. Breakfast

Attire & Equipment: Workout wear, warm clothing for afterwards,, water bottle & towel.

Schedule: 

6:30am - Meet at Edkins Park, Longreach
7:00am - Arrive 'Outback Yacht Club', Camden Park Station
7:15am - 45 min Fitness Session with Joy
8:00am - Breakfast Workshop with Stacey Curcio
10:00am - Transfer back to Longreach
